摘要 

《摆渡人》是英国作家克莱尔·麦克福尔创作的小说，作者从少年人的角度洞悉人性的温情，通过男女主人公的所见所感，道出所有人对亲情、友情和爱情等终极幸福的向往。作者用她充满想象力的笔触为我们描述了我们描述了一个向死而生的轮回故事。克莱尔在贯穿小说情节时用的隐喻手法非常引人注意。小说中的隐喻表现为三种，一是人物中的隐喻，二是环境的隐喻，另外，是情节中的隐喻。本选题试图通过对《摆渡人》中的隐喻分析，更深层次地解读作品本身，为《摆渡人》的文学分析和解读提供更多的参考。《摆渡人》之所以能够成为一部灵魂治愈小说，大概是因为它内涵丰富，主题多重。解读《摆渡人》中的多重隐喻，可以帮助揭示小说背后蕴涵丰富的人性内涵，引导人们重新思索现实社会和自己的生活。
