摘要

经济全球化进程越来越快，贸易也不再只是 “闭关锁国”，而是一种开放的状态。近年来我国与各国进行贸易往来日益频繁。贸易是机会与风险并存的，如何防止不被对方欺骗，使自己处于一个相对安全的境地，这就需要一个商务合同来对双方进行约束。商务合同英语文本翻译成为国际贸易活动中的关键所在。本文主要通过归纳分析国际贸易合同，将合同词汇进行分类研究，总结出一些翻译原则。在其他专家学者的研究基础之上探究剖析了商务合同中英语词汇的特征及其翻译技巧。希望通过对词汇的细化分析，研究商务合同词汇特殊的语言特征，提升翻译技巧。在符合语言使用习惯的基础上对商务合同进行相对恰当的翻译，减少因词汇翻译不当产生的合同纠纷，促进我国在国际贸易中又好又快的发展。
