Lexical Characteristics of Legal English and Legal Lexicon Translation_英语论文

摘要

近年来，随着中国的进一步法制化和国际交往的扩大，文化交流也在法律领域掀起了一大热潮。每年大量的法律文件被翻译成外语。同时，中国入世加速了其吸收发达国家的优点的步伐，在此期间，对于大量外国法律法规的翻译不断被提上议程。因此，我们对法律翻译工作提出了更高的要求。本文从法律英语的突出特点，即法律英语的词汇特点出发进行研究与探讨，主要分为两部分：第一部分是介绍和对法律英语进行定义，第二部分是深入探讨法律英语的词汇特点及其翻译策略。本文的研究方法主要采用例证和对比。
