摘要

起源于二十世纪末的文化转向理论被解读为社会中的质的变化或者学术界中的分析变化， 人们强调其中对教育，道德成长和社会批判及变化中艺术文化的重要性。在学术界的文化转向运动也把文化概念以及相关的意义、认知、影响及象征放在方法及理论分析的中心位置。本文旨在文化转向理论的引导下，对莎士比亚文学戏剧进行研究。本文共有三章，第一章对莎士比亚文献进行了综述并简要介绍了中国学者对莎士比亚戏剧作品进行的翻译成就。第二章介绍了文化转向理论，其定义及发展，并重点介绍了其在翻译工作领域的应用。第三章是在文化转向理论的指导下，对中国学者进行的莎士比亚戏剧作品翻译工作成就进行了评估、比较和分析，并提出用新的翻译策略对莎士比亚翻译作品进行更新和完善。
