摘要

本文着重分析中英脱口秀节目中主持人语言的差异，并以中文以及英文的脱口秀节目-金星秀和艾伦秀-为对比，简要叙述了中英脱口秀节目各自的发展历程,比较了脱口秀节目主持人的语言差异特征。在语言差异上，着重分析了中英主持人在言语幽默、话题讨论、及主持风格方面的差异，同时，笔者还对差异的原因进行了系统的分析，从中英的历史文化背景到思维方式的差异，再到主持人个人的不同经历。中西方脱口秀节目虽然存在很多不同，但可以相互借鉴，促进各自的发展。
