摘要

《麦琪的礼物》作为美国作家“美国短篇小说之父”欧·亨利的代表作,用简明的语言刻画了一对为爱而牺牲一切的年轻夫妇，赞扬生活困苦的下层人民的美好爱情，批判了金钱至上的资本主义社会。本文将从黄忠廉的变译理论视角出发，运用其基本理论和主客体论指导批判现实主义文学翻译实践，分别以王永年和张经浩译本为例，从词汇、文化和句法三个方面进行比较，分析译者主体性的表现和发挥，为译者在一定限度内发挥主体性提供了借鉴意义。
