摘要 

进入新时代，中国的国际地位日益增强，因而与世界各国的政治经济合作越来越多，中国对外经济贸易也日益频繁。为了保证贸易双方的利益不受损害，商务合同这一法律的规定与约束在国际贸易中就显得格外重要了。表述准确且高质量的商务合同译本能够帮助读者理解，明确划分买卖双方的利益和义务，为双方快速达成意见的统一提供了基础。这也意味着，国际贸易中的商务合同不仅仅要做到“信达雅”，其精准性和规范性也被赋予了更高的要求。该文章从奈达的功能对等理论角度出发，对当前中外合同翻译中存在的问题，以及翻译过程中应当采取的翻译方法进行详细阐述，旨在对合同翻译进行深入研究，提高中外合同的翻译准确性。
