摘要 

如今，中国社会经济正高速发展，对外开放程度越来越高。影视作品作为有着丰富文化内涵的媒体载体，承担着跨文化传播的使命。影视作品的翻译和传播，不仅仅只是加强了不同国家之间的理解和交流，还推动了中国文化走出去的步伐。

归化和异化是两种翻译策略，根据 Schuttleworth 和 Cowie 合编的《翻译研究词典》中的定义，归化是指采用一种透明的、通顺的翻译策略，尽可能减少目的语读者对外国文本的不熟悉。异化策略是指故意打破目的语规范，保留原语的一些外语特征。为了处理源语言文化与目的语文化之间的关系，译者在翻译过程中应在这两种基本翻译策略中做出选择。

本文通过对出口电视剧《甄嬛传》的分析，探讨了这两种翻译策略在字幕翻译中的运用。并通过对影视作品具体翻译实例分析得出：在字幕翻译中，译者应根据特定的文本类型、读者因素等，采取归化与异化相结合的方法。
