感心、感耳和感目的中国古典诗歌翻译—简析许渊冲《李白诗选》英译本中美学蕴含
On Aesthetic Implications in Chinese Classical Poetry Translation
摘要
诗歌被誉为民族文化的结晶,是历史和文化沉淀的结果。中国是诗的国度,其语言含蓄而隽永,意境丰富而精深,这就意味着汉诗英译不能只满足忠实对等,还要在目的语中再现美感。所以本文从许渊冲的三美理论“意美、音美、形美”着手,选取《李白诗选》中具有代表意义的诗作作为研究对象,通过分析比较《李白诗选》原文与许渊冲译文,我们可以研究三美理论在汉诗英译中的运用,从而来展示三美在译文的重现,以此来证明“三美”理论对中国古诗英译的实用价值。

Abstract
Poetry is regarded as the crystallization of a national culture, which is the result of the cultural and the historical precipitation. China is a country of poetry and its language in Chinese classical poetry is implicit and meaningful. It also has a rich and profound artistic conceptions, which means that Chinese classical poetry translation can not just be satisfied with faithfulness and equivalence. It should also reappear the aesthetic feeling in the target language. So this paper begins with a brief introduction to Xu Yuanchong’s Three Beauties Theory, including “sense beauty”, “sound beauty” and “form beauty”, and selects some representative poems from Selected Poems of Li Bai as the research objects. By comparing the original poems in Selected Poems of Li Bai and Xu Yuanchong’s translations, we can study the Three Beauties Theory in Chinese-English translation of Chinese classical poetry and show the reproduction of the “Three Beauties” in this book and finally prove the practical value of Three Beauties Theory in Chinese-English translation of Chinese classical poetry.
