摘要

近年来，电影已经成为跨文化交际重要的媒介之一，成为观众最喜爱的一种文化艺术形式。对于外国原声电影，观众能否对电影有最贴切的理解，主要取决于不同语言之间的转换能否恰到好处。然而，现如今国内的影视翻译作品的质量参差不齐，影视翻译的研究工作没有相对成熟的理论框架供其参考。本文以尤金•奈达的功能对等理论为依据，以《奇幻森林》为例，从词汇、句法和文化的不同层面对这部电影的字幕翻译分析研究，目的在于通过这一案例分析，帮助观众更好的理解电影内容，并希望让更多的人关注字幕翻译、重视字幕翻译，促进中国电影字幕翻译更加规范化、正式化，完善电影字幕翻译的体系。
