英语新课程标准的理论与实践研究_英语论文
A Case Study of the Theory and Practice of New English Curriculum Standards
摘要
教育部在2011年出版的《英语新课程标准(2011年版)》(以下简称“课标”)中强调人文性和工具性的统一,其目的是为了发展学生掌握语言知识和技能的能力,感受到英语学习的魅力,能够在英语学习中培养学生的个人特质,但在实际的英语教学和学习过程中不免有许多问题。本文通过具体的教学实例和问卷调查来探讨课标中,听、说的技能在实施过程中是否与其规定的目标所一致,从中探究小学生英语听、说技能的学习状况以及存在的问题,并借助历年中国英语课程标准的变迁和欧洲语言共同参考框架来探索中国英语课程标准的制定细则中的一些启发和建议。通过以上研究,将从教育部门、教师和学生三个角度给英语教学和英语学习提供一些可行性建议,这些建议将有助于中国英语课程标准的实施与发展。

Abstract
New English Curriculum Standards issued in 2011 has emphasized much on the combination of humanism and instrumentalism. It is reedited in anticipation of improving students’ ability to master English knowledge and skills, feeling the charm of English learning, as well as cultivating students’ individual characteristics. Yet, there is always a gap between theory and practice. This paper focuses on whether the implementation is consistent with the objectives in language skills of listening and speaking of New English Curriculum Standards according to specific cases and questionnaires. Concerning on the specific problems existing in language skills especially in listening and speaking, the paper will get a general situation and explore problems existing in listening and speaking in primary school students. What’s more, by studying the CEFR and the English standards in China over the years, we can get some useful ideas in the amendment of Chinese English curriculum standards. From the specific case and research, it can be concluded that some common problems may exist. Merits and useful suggestions can be found from three aspects: the education departments, teachers and students. The paper will bring some suggestions and revelations which are beneficial to English teaching and learning. In short, the paper will help promote the improvement of English standards and English education in China.
