外贸函电中高频英语句子的语法特点研究

摘要
由于外贸行业在中国的蓬勃发展，外贸函电对建立良好的商业友谊起着至关重要的作用。商务函电有着它本身固定的格式：简练的句子、准确的表达和正确的运用。然而对于外贸新成员而言，写一封出色的商务函电不是一份轻松且简单的工作。在函电中，可以发现有很多英语高频句子，这些句子能在广义上具有较强的代表性。通过图书馆和网上资料的收集，目标企业外贸人员的采访和一系列真实环境中的体验，可以将商务函电中大量的英语高频句子进行汇总、分类、对比。这项研究则给初学者提供了一条写好商务函电的捷径。通过对商务函电中英语高频句子语法特点的研究，初学者可以更快、更有效率地学习以及运用。

Abstract
Foreign business is boosting in china, so business correspondence is the principle method to establish a foreign trade relationship. A successful business correspondence is the key to the success of business. It has its own fixed structure: concise sentence, accurate expression, appropriate application. However it is not an easy job for newcomers to write an excellent business correspondence, which is the problem resolved by this theory. There are a great number of high-frequency sentences of correspondence, which we should keep a watchful eye on. Through the collection of library and online resources, interview of target experts, practice in the real environment, high-frequency sentences of correspondence can be found and classified easily. The high-frequency sentences appeared frequently, and prevail in the correspondence, which should be attached importance to. This study is a research to make a brief of the business correspondence, according to the brilliant business correspondences written by the outstanding experts and the references published by any famous foreign trade schools and the periodicals composed by the well-known foreigners of the domestic learners. Because the grammar is such an extensive and profound academic research which is hard for the new learners to learn a lot or study well in a short time. This study gives the readers a shortcut to write an excellent business correspondence. By studying the grammar features of these sentences, we can learn more easily and use compatibly, to make a better negotiation with foreigners and give the solid foundation of the successful deal.
