摘要

经济全球化发展越来越快，国际贸易交流越来越多，商务翻译在国际贸易中的作用也越来越重要，尤其是商务合同的翻译。商务合同作为一种法律性文件，具有简洁精炼、正式规范的特点。商务合同是指有关各方之间在进行某种商务合作时，为了确定各自的权利和义务，而正式依法订立的、并且经过公证的、必须共同遵守的协议条文。商务合同是一种通用合同。在国际贸易中，若双方对合同货物无特殊要求的条件下，一般都采用商业合同的内容和形式。本论文主要是根据纽马克文本类型理论分析涉外商务合同的翻译策略。通过结合文本类型理论的分类将商务合同归类，分析其语法特点和应用。让更多人了解到纽马克文本类型理论在涉外合同中的重要性。同时，商务英语在语言上具有独特的风格和含义，用词严谨，词意准确，句式结构复杂等特点。因此本文一步步结合文本类型理论解读涉外合同中的应用，以及涉外合同的语言、语法特点、翻译原则和方法。
