The Performance and Application of Cultural Context in International Business Negotiation
摘要
随着全球经济一体化的快速步伐,国际业务的跨国流动变得更加活跃,公司在世界各地的国家变得更紧密。在当今的商业活动和基于双赢的原则,国际商务谈判起着越来越重要的作用已经吸引了越来越多的注意力从世界上许多利益集团。在国际商务谈判中,我们的客户将面临来自不同国家或地区,有着不同的社会,文化背景,政治和经济系统。因此,在特定的情况下有不同的商务谈判局势。如果你不知道如何与这些谈判文化差异,特别是在不同的文化语境下。你可能误解,可能会失去很多成功的谈判机会。本文的目的是研究文化背景和其他文化因素如何影响国际商务谈判的直接沟通。论文突出了其中的一些关键和敏感地区和相似问题。在文化的背景下,有关国家通过谈判策略和技巧的影响在最近的一些国际商业进行交易。在总结表示,谈判与文化背景是一个长期实践和它需要不断的尝试和努力。

Abstract
With the quick global economic integration paces, the transnational flow of the international business becomes more active and corporation among countries all over the world becomes closer. International business negotiation plays a more and more crucial role in today’s business activities and win-win principle has attracted more and more attention from many interest groups in the world. In the international business negotiations, what clients we will face are from different countries or regions, which have different social and cultural backgrounds and the political and economic systems. As a result, in specific circumstances there are different situations in business negotiation. If you don't know how to negotiate with these cultural differences countries, especially with the different cultural contexts, you may have misunderstanding and may lose many successful negotiation opportunities. The aim of this paper is to examine how the cultural context and other cultural factors may influence the amount of direct communication in international business negotiation. The paper highlights some of these critical and sensitive areas and inter-liked issues; under the context of cultural some related countries do business with negotiation strategies and skills. In sum up it may be stated that negotiation with cultural context is a long-term practice and it needs continuous attempts and efforts.
