沉默法在英语词汇教学中的应用_英语论文
The Application of Silent Way in English Vocabulary Teaching
摘要
当前教育改革的核心问题是以教师为中心转向以学生为中心,培养学生自主学习的能力。此外,词汇学习在英语教学中占有重要地位。为此,作者提倡在词汇教学上应用“沉默教育法”,强化学生在课堂的主体地位。将沉默法应用于初中英语词汇教学中,不仅可以使学生对英语词汇学习产生积极的态度,而且可以使得课堂形式更加活泼多样,提高词汇教学的效率。作者在初二年级两个平行班中进行为期30天的测试,并将实验结果进行分析对比,阐述沉默法在词汇教学中的积极作用。

Abstract
Nowadays, the core of the current educational reform is to change the traditional teacher-centered teaching model into student-centered learning in classroom. Therefore, the author suggests to apply Silent Way to vocabulary teaching in the middle school to emphasize the role of students in classroom. With Silent Way a teacher can not only make students have a positive attitude towards English vocabulary learning, but also enrich the forms of activities in classroom, and the efficiency of vocabulary teaching can be greatly increased. A thirty-day experiment conducted in two classes of Grade two in a middle school shows the positive effects of vocabulary teaching with the application of Silent Way after the results of the experiment are carefully analyzed.
