浅析英语电影在初中英语教学的应用_英语论文

A Brief Analysis on the Application of English Movies in Middle School English Teaching

摘要

随着社会的飞速发展，传统的英语教学模式方法单一落后，已经不适应新课改的要求。本课题旨在提倡运用原声电影进行英语教学高教学质量。首先，文章在对当今初中英语教学中存在的问题进行分析的基础上，阐述了使用英文电影教学的优势，指出了将英语电影带入课堂的必要性。同时，本文对英语电影的选片标准进行了详细的说明，以及对影片具体应用进行阐述。希望有助于课堂教学，并提高初中生的英语水平。

Abstract

With the rapid development of society, the traditional English teaching approaches turn out to be rigid and backward. What’s more, they are not flexible enough to adapt to the requirements of new curriculum reform. This thesis aims at advocating the application of English movies in middle school English teaching and upgrading the quality of English teaching. Based on the analysis of the problems in middle school English teaching, it elaborates the advantages of introducing English movies to classroom English teaching. Then it presents detailed standards to choose English movies and procedures of applying English movies in middle school English teaching. Last but not least, it is the profound hope that this thesis can be helpful to classroom English teaching and ultimately improve students’ English competence.
