摘要

随着经济全球化的深入，世界各国之间的文化交际愈发频繁，而饮食文化差异是跨文化交际的障碍之一。本研究主要采用的研究方法为文献阅读法、调查分析法以及对比归纳法。从跨文化的角度分析、对比了中西方在饮食观念、方式以及内容上的差异，揭示了造成这些差异的深层原因，包括农业生产结构、宗教信仰、价值观念。另外，笔者对于中西方如何有效地避免冲突并互相借鉴彼此优秀的饮食文化提出一些建议，以增强读者对中西方饮食文化的理解，从而更好地促进双方文化的友好交流。
