Abstract and Key Words

Abstract: This paper aims to study the translation principles and techniques of foreign business correspondence. Based on the principles of business correspondence translation, this thesis mainly analyzes business correspondence skills, and lists business correspondence translation skills in process of translating business correspondence. And I've been trying to find the process of business correspondence translation and to achieve a smooth translation of business correspondence. From vocabulary, grammar, tone, the three levels to reflect the translation of business correspondence skills, this thesis enables the reader to understand the different translation of foreign correspondence. The high quality of translation is to achieve "win-win" results.

摘要：本文旨在研究外贸函电的翻译原则与技巧。依据外贸函电的原则来分析外贸函电翻译的技巧，并列举分析外贸函电翻译过程中的技巧。理清外贸函电的翻译过程并达到顺利翻译外贸函电的目的。通过针对性的研究外贸函电翻译原则而导致的外贸函电的翻译技巧，从词汇，语法，语气三个层面去体现外贸函电的翻译技巧，能够使读者明了外贸函电翻译的不同。

1. Introduction
As international trade has increased fierce market competition, business English has become a bridge among nations, and it is now an indispensable part of globalization process. China is also learning to cope with this situation. Along with the globalization, particularly, as China has taken part in WTO, China contacts more and more with all nations in the rest of the world. Business correspondence becomes an indispensable method in business communication.
For a long period, there are numbers of books and theses researching about foreign business correspondence, from different aspects of foreign business letter, such as features, principles, skills of foreign business correspondence translation.
This thesis reconsiders the presupposition effect of the news title in light of translation methods and principles of foreign business correspondence. Also, this thesis aims at explicating the foreign business correspondence ,and combining foreign business correspondence translation principles and skill in this thesis in order to attain the result that avoid the communication barriers between both trade parties.
