Abstract:

With the increase of China's comprehensive national power and the tendency of globalization, attracting foreign investment and resources to promote the economy has become an important policy of Chinese government. In order to better win the priority of international investment and international resources, It is the investment-inviting project text that is particularly important. Generally speaking, foreign investment promotion, as a means, is to raise awareness of enterprises, actively introduce foreign investment, and enhance cooperation between them. Corporate promotion material translation plays an important role in foreign trade activities. The effect of corporate promotion material translation is essential. In order to do this job better, the translator should fully understand and grasp the cultural differences in linguistic factor and cultural factor between Chinese and the Western society. Centralizing efficient information, complying with the target audiences’ cultural level, aesthetic requirements and linguistic features is to maximizing translation effect. Based on the current C-E translation quality of investment-inviting project texts, this thesis, under the guidance of Skopoes theory, analyzes a number of typical translation problems in this text type and puts forward corresponding countermeasures.

随着我国综合国力日益增强和全球化的趋势，招商引资成为政府促进经济发展的一项重要举措。为了能更好地赢得国际投资和国际资源的优先权，招商引资文本的英译显得格外重要。通常来说，对外招商宣传是企业扩大知名度、积极引进外资、增进彼此间合作的一种手段。
招商引资文本在对外经贸活动中具备小可忽视的价值。招商引资文本的英译效果至关重要。为了做好这项工作，译者应充分了解和把握译文受众的语言因素和中西社会之间的文化因素差异。并集中有效信息，顺应受众文化、审美需求及语言特征，实现翻译效果的最大化。
基于翻译目的论原则，本文考察了当前招商说明书英译所存在的问题并提出了对策。

Introduction
With the development of China's economy and globalization, attracting international investment and the introducing international resources have become an important policy that the Chinese government promotes economic development in recent years. Today, the translation of investment-inviting project text shows on a Web page, such as project summary and project profiles. Many Chinese enterprises attach great importance to the translation of investment-inviting project texts, and are committed to enter into business relations with foreigners. Accurate translation of investment-inviting project texts can win a good reputation for enterprises and help improve business competitiveness in the international market. Instead, improper or even erroneous translation may damage corporate image. As a result, translation of investment-inviting project texts has great significance for the future development of the enterprise. In China, the development of translation studies has made so much progress, but research on investment-inviting project texts has not been sufficiently paid attention to.
