Abstracts
                     
This thesis is a study of translation skills and strategies concerning Chinese food culture and efforts in it are devoted to exploring the strategies and skills concerning Chinese food culture. In order to achieve this goal, this paper is divided into several parts. In these parts, first, I give some introduction to Chinese food culture and western food culture. Then, I compare Chinese food culture with western food culture. In addition, I use some translation strategies adding with examples to explain my study. At last, I drive a conclusion of my study. Chinese food culture is more and more popular in the world, and this thesis can give a deeper impression to both Chinese people and foreigners.

摘要

本课题旨在研究中国饮食文化翻译策略和方法，通过对中西方饮食文化的介绍以及对比，得出中西方饮食文化的差异， 并运用具体实例进行分析阐述和总结， 得出中国饮食文化的翻译策略和技巧。中国饮食文化在全世界越来越流行， 因此本课题能给国人以及西方国家的人对中国饮食文化有一个更深的理解。
