摘  要

随着全球进程化的加快，各国之间的贸易往来量也在持续增长。本篇论文将要讨论的是在我国出口产业中，食品行业说明书英译中在贸易中的的问题及对策。鉴于前人在对影响英译因素的研究的基础，本文会在正确汲取前人知识，针对食品说明书的英译这一角度进行探讨和研究。为的是完善在这一领域的观点和研究，从而能对相应领域的实际运用操作起到辅助作用。作者将会主要采用观察法和文献调查法进行本文的研究，使用这两种方法是出于将客观和主观观点进行相结合，从而在彰显客观真实性的同时，为后人的讨论和研究留下更多空间。借此也可以在实际运用中进行因地制宜的变化，灵活机动的进行调整适应。

Abstract

With the prominent acceleration of the globalization, the trading volume across all the countries in the world is also skyrocketing in a steady trend. Among all the reasons affecting trading, this paper will discuss the exportation industry, especially the English translation of foods’ specification. In light of previous studies in this field, and after making full use of their achievements, this paper adopts the above perspectives and undertakes its discussion to better the whole level in this field. This paper aims to perfect the current studies in this field, so that the further application of this study will be performed with less difficulty. As for the part of methodology, the author will adopt observation method and literature research method. The purpose of combining these two methods is to possess both objectivity and subjectivity. Therefore, the paper can show its reality and objectivity. At the same time, this paper leaves space for later studiers to bring their own creativity and novelty out. Additionally, this paper’s opinions can also be applied to different places and fields according to various situations and conditions.
