摘  要

外贸公司作为对外贸易的载体，无论于吸引外资还是各企业内部和企业间的谈判，都起着举足轻重的作用。一个新颖的外贸公司英译或者汉译名有利于该公司在国际市场上被同行以及消费者所认可。而在名称翻译的过程中，如何将一企业名称恰到好处的翻译到位，为各外贸公司的蓬勃发展作出贡献一直是翻译界人士的头疼问题。本文采用文献资料法、理论分析以及对比研究等方法分析外贸公司的外贸名称翻译技巧，从分析外贸公司现阶段名称翻译的误区及问题出发探寻有效的外贸公司名称翻译技巧，并且提出外贸公司名称翻译的双赢目的论，同时要求译者与时俱进了解企业文化背景突破中西古今界限。通过理论研究发现，优秀的外贸公司名称翻译在一定程度上能够促进外贸公司走向国际化。

Abstract

As the carrier of international trade, the foreign trade company has played a vital role in either attracting foreign investment or organizing the negotiations among enterprises. A new name of foreign trade company no matter Chinese into English or English to Chinese is benefit for the company approved by fellow traders and consumers in the international market. While in the course of trade name translation, how to translate the foreign trade name well translated and then contribute to the brisk development of each foreign trade company, which has been a grievous issue for the translators who are responsible for the foreign trade name translation. In the paper, the main methodologies are documentary method, theory study and contrast analysis. We try to figure out the effective foreign trade name translation skills on the basis of analysis of current trade name translation mistaken ideas and errors. And what is more, we are with innovation to put forward the win-win teleology of foreign trade name translation and also we have asked for the translators to advance with the times, to have a good command of enterprise cultural backgrounds and breakthrough the marginal at all times and in all lands. Theories and research findings indicate that an excellent foreign trade name of a foreign trade company will make the trade company internationalized to a great degree.
