摘　要

随着网上交易发生的全球化。商务合同法律文件作为一个重要的基础,商务英语已经成为不可或缺的工具的沟通语言,也是起经贸契约。越来越多的人希望尽快熟悉英语合同的准确理解,翻译、制作英语合同。这种需求随着中国加入WTO(世界贸易组织)正在增加，在英文商业合同方面，人们迫切希望解决这个问题由各种类型的国际商务合同,涉及广泛、复杂的内容形成的问题。商务合同有其自身的特点,即理性、规范和专业。
商务合同集对翻译质量的高要求,这也增加了困难。本文初步探讨从单词和句子的翻译,英语商务合同严谨的准确性、规范性和翻译技巧和翻译中的常见错误等。

Abstract

Nowadays, owing to the globalization, more and more online trades occur. Business contract is an important basis for the legal documents. Business English has become an indispensable tool of communication, and it is also the starting point English economic and trade contract. More and more people hope that get familiar with English contract as soon as possible to the accurate understanding, translation, making English contract. This demand with China joined the WTO (World Trade Organization) is increasing in business contracts in English, and the urgent desire to solve the problem will follow. Types of international business contracts are various, involving a wide range, complicated content. Business contract has its own characteristics, that is, rational, normative and professional.
Business contract raises high demands on the quality of translation, which has also increased the difficulty. This article discussed preliminary translation of the business contracts on the lexical and syntax level. It also lists some common errors in translation. On that basis, it emphasizes the importance of ensuring the preciseness of expression as well as offers several translation skills.
