摘要
目前人们对汉语配音版本的《马达加斯加3》字幕网络化的现象展开热议,本文试图从接受美学的角度谈谈对该字幕的理解。字幕的最终目的是让观众理解和接受,一切翻译策略都应为该目的服务。本文以接受美学的理论为框架,探讨其三个重要观点——“读者接受"、“期待视野”和“文本未定性及空白意义”在该字幕中实现程度,进而探讨字幕网络化是否符合观众的接受心理,是否是可以推广的发展趋势,从而增强译者了解以读者为中心的翻译意识,引导观众理性看待字幕网络化的现象。

Abstract
This paper focuses on the study on the Chinese dubbing of Madagascar 3 from the perspective of Reception Aesthetics, for the hot words in the subtitle arouse hot discussion among people. Translation strategy should serve for the aim of making the audience understand and accept. The thesis intends to explore the realization of Reception Aesthetics in subtitle translation by applying its three important principles,i.e.“reader’s reception”,“horizon of expectations”, “indeterminacy of text and vacancy of meaning” to the practice of subtitle translation, and explore whether the translation can meet the demand of the audience and whether the translation is worth popularizing, enhancing translator’s reader-centered consciousness and leading to a reasonable attitude of the audience towards the hot words in subtitle.

1 Introduction
Subtitle translation is an important part in translation activity. A number of scholars have studied it from various perspectives. Some scholars analyze it with the theory of skopostheorie, which holds the idea that subtitle is translated with special purpose which decides the uniqueness of subtitle translation. With the three rules of skopos, coherence, fidelity and loyalty, the skopostheorie emphasizes that during the translation process, the translator should choose the best translation strategies according to the specific context by applying the translated text’s intended function as a start, such as domestication, foreignization, reduction and the use of cyber word. What’s more, some scholars analyze subtitle translation with relevant theory. With the analysis of subtitle at the semantic and pragmatic level, they strongly advocate appropriate translated strategies, reduction, amplification, free translation and so on, which brings fresh explanation to subtitle translation. Under the structure of relevant theory, the subtitle translation should be a cross-languages dynamic interpretation. The translator should exactly catch the intention of movie maker with the guidance of relevant theory, and should with the understanding of the audience’s cognitive ability and expectation make correct judgment of audience’s cognitive environment and take suitable translation strategy in order to provide maximum relevant message. Relevant theory believes that subtitle translation should be simple and clear, in order to make the audience get most context information with less effort.
