摘 要
目前正在进行的基础教育课程改革的一个重要方面是关注学生情感态度的发展,把学生情感态度的培养渗透到学科教育和教学之中。情感态度与英语语言的关系密切,保持积极的情感态度是英语学习成功的关键。心理学家认为一个人在社会上要获得成功,其主要作用不是智力因素,而是情感因素。情感因素是个体的重要生存能力,而且,在人成功的要素中,情感因素比智力因素更为重要。而在英语教学中,如果注意应用情感效应,不仅能提升教学效果,还能让学生在英语的学习中增强情感体验。本文主要通过大量的对情感教育的国内外研究调查,从情感效应的概念和功能出发,分析情感效应在英语小学中的影响和讨论影响情感效应的几个因素,以及教师在运用情感效应时需要遵循的原则和方法,探讨情感效应在中小学英语教育中的作用,阐述英语教师可充分利用课本资源,设计一些教学活动,在教学中运用情感效应提升教学效果。

Abstract
Paying attention to the development of students’ emotional attitude is an important aspect of the ongoing basic education curriculum reform. It aims to penetrate the cultivation of students’ emotional attitude to the subject education and teaching. There is a close relationship between emotional attitude and English, keeping a positive emotional attitude is a key to English learning. Psychologists think that the key to a person’s success is not the intelligent factor but the emotional factor. Emotional factor is an important survival ability of the individual. In the elements of a successful man, emotional factor is more important than intelligent factor. In the English teaching, if teachers pay attention to the application of emotional effect, not only can improve the teaching effect, but also can make students strength their emotional experience in English learning. Based on larges of research methods in English education at home and abroad, this paper mainly talks about the influence of emotional effect in English teaching. This paper starts from the concepts and functions, analyzes the influence of emotional effect on English teaching, discusses several factors which can influence on emotional effect. Teachers need to follow the principles and use the methods while applying the emotional effect in English teaching, English teachers can make a good use of textbook resources and design some teaching activity, to improve their teaching effect by the use of emotional effect in English teaching.

1 Introduction
1.1 The background of emotional effect in English teaching
Actually, it is a long time concerning the emotional problems in language learning. Since the 1970s, the key point of language teaching research transferred from the teacher how to teach to the learner how to learn. In this situation, the researchers:Krashen, 1982; Rogers,1975 and Suhomlinski, 1998, began again to pay attention to emotional factors on the influence of language learning. The learning of English course is not only a process that students gradually master English knowledge and skills and improve language practical usage process by English learning and practice activities.
