摘要
当前教育中存在着一些教师忽视学生的现象,而这些学生大多是内向学生。比起内向学生教师更倾向于喜欢外向学生,在不经意间便忽视了对内向学生的教学,久而久之内向学生已经逐渐从教师的视野中消失。本文试图阐明并分析上述现象,结合当代心理学分析原因和结果以及应有的教学方法,使人们意识到是该把注意力转移到内向学生的关键时刻了。

Abstract
Nowadays, there exist some phenomena in the English teaching classroom. Teacher extends to pay more attention to the extroverted students rather than the introverted students. As a consequence of that the introverted students became smaller and faded from the teacher eye by and by. In consideration of that circumstance, this paper aims to throw light on the phenomena mentioned above, try to on the verge of it combining with modern psychology, and analyze it. In addition, to make one realize that adequate attention is required to transfer to keep an eye on the introverted students.

1. Introduction
In this introduction chapter, the author will first present a brief literature regarding the relevant studies and research previously conducted in the area of introversion and extroversion and language teaching. And then based on the literature review, the author proposed the thesis statement. This will serve as the starting point for the present paper.
1.1 Literature review of previous studies
Introversion is used to describe where a student focuses his or her attention in the learning process. Introverts tend to focus their perception and judgment on the inner world of their mind. They are energized by what is going on and usually prefer to communicate more by writing than by talking. This actually means introverts are such people who prefer communication in the written form than in the way to talk. Introverts tend to focus their attention on thought and ideas and are more comfortable when they are expected to spend most of their time just thinking. Thus, Introverts prefer to learn through reflecting rather than acting.
