摘  要

母语迁移在二语习得中难以避免,汉语的负迁移一直干扰着我国初中生的英语学习。这种干扰体现在词汇、语音、语法、写作和文化等方面。结合语言学、教育学、心理学等相关资料对母语负迁移在初中生英语词汇学习的影响进行讨论,并结合其影响因素以及案例分析提出解决方案。基于前人对语言迁移的研究,从发音、词性、词义以及搭配等四个方面进行分析,并在此基础上作简要的策略阐述。汉语负迁移影响初中生的外语或二语学习,尤其在英语词汇学习方面。因此,减少或削弱母语负迁移对初中英语词汇学习的影响,重视初中生英语词汇的教学和学习至关重要。因迁移而教,避免负面影响;抓住学习的关键期,提高学习效率;换位思考,用英语思维看问题。

Abstract

Transfer of mother tongue is unavoidable and English learning of junior middle school in China is always influenced by negative transfer of Chinese whose elements are vocabulary, phonetics, grammar, writing, culture, etc. Influence of negative transfer of Chinese will be presented with the help of linguistics, pedagogic, psychology, etc. and solutions will be proposed in relation to factors affected and case analyses. Based on the study of the former researchers, this dissertation will try to analyze negative transfer of Chinese from these four aspects – pronunciation, part of speech, meaning and collocations. In the next section follow corresponding strategies briefly figured out from the above analyses. Negative transfer of Chinese has something to do with foreign language study or second language acquisition, especially in English vocabulary learning. It is significant to emphasize on English vocabulary teaching and learning and reduce or weaken the negative influence of Chinese on English vocabulary learning in junior level. Therefore, it is such a necessity to do these. First, the professor is supposed to teach students based on positive transfer rather than the negative one. Second, the teachers and students as well as their parents need catch the critical period of learning a language so that the efficiency is improved. In the end, the key role, junior high school students, should try to think as an English speaking man.
