摘  要

写作和阅读是教学的基本，无论教师的教还是学生的学都要用到这两样技能。阅读和写作在教学中相当重要，如果缺了这两样无论是教还是学都无法正常进行。在21世纪新课标的计划中，本着更好学习阅读和写作这两样技能的原则，将以前写作和阅读两样在课本中混杂的情况进行整理，很好的将这两样分开以便学生更好的学习以及老师更好的教学，同时避免了写作的教学依附于阅读的教学的缺点。本文将重点研究阅读与写作在英语教学中所发挥的作用以及写作与阅读之间的关系。将结合中内外并对众多教育研究者的看法与意见并进行讨论，将两者关系与作用做一个分析让众多学习者能更好的学习阅读与写作，阅读为写作可以积累材料和写作经验，而写作的作品又必须符合阅读的心理，这两者之间的关系相辅相成，缺一不可。

Abstract

Writing and reading are the basic teaching students to teach or learn whether teachers and writing is very important, if the lack of these two are either teaching or learning cannot be normal. In the 21st century, the new curriculum plan, learning the principles of better reading and writing skills, both of which will be different from the situation before writing and reading in textbooks mixed organize, good to better separate these different should use these two skills. Students start learning from a school on the first reading, writing for the future lay the foundation of learning. In the teaching of reading from students learning and teachers teaching better, while avoiding the disadvantages of teaching writing attached to the teaching of reading. This thesis will play the focus on reading and writing in English teaching and the relationship between reading and writing. It will combine the views and the points of the researchers inside and outside then discus, and analysis the relationship between reading and writing and the role they play so that the learners can learn reading and writing better. Reading can accumulate materials and experience for writing, and writing must comply with the reading, complementary relationship between the two, are indispensable.
