摘　要

本论文主要是针对近年来好莱坞电影在中国市场的影响进而对中国文化的影响，从语言，思想，生活方式这几个方面进行研究，旨在让读者有一个更好的角度来审视这些外来的软文化；在国内外已有部分相关研究都是比较有针对性的，本文从人们生活接触的角度出发，更清晰明了的诠释这种现象带来的影响。主要采用的方法有对比，数据比较以及内在的影响和外在的影响的对比；通过文章可以看到近年来好莱坞电影确实是对中国文化的各方面产生了大大小小的影响，而我们要做的是如何正视这种影响，以一个观众的角度来审视这样的软文化入侵， 发扬本民族传统文化的优良之处，使年轻一族更为重视自己的传统文化，深入其内涵。

Abstract

This paper focus on how Hollywood films impact on Chinese culture in recent years as there are more and more Hollywood films imported into China. The paper will discuss the problem in three parts, language, ideological and lifestyle. Since those three parts are close to people’s life, because the article will explain this phenomena more clearly and specifically. Meanwhile, the experts from both domestics and abroad also have done the relative researches about this issue in a more specific manner, while this paper will talk about the issue in a more all-round way. In this paper, the comparison and figure are widely used to discuss the issue. And from the paper we will see that the Hollywood films do really have a great impact on Chinese culture, also in return, the Chinese culture has been a abundant resource for Hollywood films, and what we need to handle is to take a right position to judge this culture invasion and consider to use our own resource by ourselves in positive ways rather than lend to others and cause our attention while taking away our money, as well as develop our own culture advantages, so that our traditional culture will be injected with newly elements and last generation by generation.

1 Introduction
   This paper is mainly about how Hollywood films have impact on Chinese culture. In the past three decades, China has implemented its open and reform policy, not only open the door to outside world, but also bring in a great deal of alien things. And for the sake of quick pace of globalization and the advancement of information technology, the relations among countries and regions is becoming more and more close. Culture, as a kind of soft power, has played a more and more important role in this tendency. Meanwhile, in the past decade, with the development of mass media, the forms to present culture is booming and becoming variety.
