摘要

2010年1月20日是奥巴马正式成为美国总统一周年的日子，作为美国第一任黑人总统，奥巴马从一开始参加竞选就受到了全世界的关注，成为一位名副其实的“明星总统”。当美国陷入金融危机和战争泥潭之中时，奥巴马的出现让不少的美国民众看到了希望，那么当奥巴马政府在运行了一年之后，美国民众对奥巴马政府的表现又是怎样的一个评价呢。奥巴马政府在这一年中又到底采取什么样的有效措施来应对金融危机和恐怖主义。美国现在的金融情况和奥巴马当选之前比较有着什么样的改善。同时作为一个中国人，我们最关心的问题自然是奥巴马政府的对华外交政策，特别是对台湾问题的态度，那么奥巴马政府在这一年的外交活动中又有什么样的表现呢。这些都是非常值得我们关注和研究的事情。作为美国的第一大债权国，中国已经和美国的经济深深的联系在一起了，美国经济的任何的起起伏伏都会牵连到每个中国人的切身利益。而在外交方面，美国历届政府在对待中国台湾的态度，直接牵扯到我们国家的核心利益。本文在充分收集了奥巴马政府在过去一年中所采取的各种改革措施以及取得的效果和美国民众对奥巴马政府上任一年的评价信息基础上，对奥巴马的政府面对金融危机的措施进行一个阶段性的总结，对所面临的问题和未来发展作出一些展望。同时，本文也对奥巴马政府在过去的一年中在外交方面所采取的方针和美国的外交事件，特别是中美之间的外交活动，进行分析，对奥巴马政府的外交政策特别是对待中国的外交方针进行判断。对未来几年中美之间的关系进行进行一个预测。
本文将重点关注与两个方面，一方面是关注奥巴马政府在处理金融危机的改革中的表现，另一方面则关注于奥巴马政府过去一年外交事件中的表现。从中分析奥巴马政府的特点和政治方针。为处理和美国的关系提供一些自己的一些建议。

Abstract

January 20 ,2010 is the anniversary of Obama swore in the president of American. As the first black president of The USA, Obama received world’s attention since the start of campaign. He became a really star president . When the United States struggled in the quagmire of financial crisis and war ,Obama’s appearance let many American people see the hope of reviving to glory. After one year , what are American people‘s evaluations about president Obama. What exactly measures Obama has taken to deal with the financial crisis and terrorism . What improvements in economy  have been made compared with one year ago. Meanwhile as a Chinese ,my most concerned is the foreign policy of Obama government especially the policy towards China ,like the Tai Wan Problem .So what exactly did president Obama do in his first year’s about foreign activities. These are the things worthy of our attention and study. China now is the largest creditor country of USA. China and the United States has been deeply associated together by economy . Any ups and downs in the U.S. economy will be implicated the vital interests of every Chinese. On the foreign policy aspect, the past U.S. administrations’ attitude toward Tai Wan directly involve the core interests of our country. After fully collected the information about Obama administration in economic reform and the evaluations of American people in the past one year ,this paper will give a period evaluation about Obama’s perform facing the economy crisis and a outlook of the current problem and the future .On the other hand ,this paper will analyze the foreign policy that Obama administration exhibited and the diplomatic activities of Obama especially those activities with China in the past year to determine Obama's foreign policy, especially toward China's foreign policy .Also I will give some forecast of the future China-American relation .
This Paper will focus on the following two aspects. First is the performance of Obama government in handling the economic crisis .Second is the Obama’s diplomatic activities. ,I will analyze from those two aspects to find the characteristics of the Obama administration and political policy. To address the relation between the U.S. offer some of my suggestions.
