摘要

随着科技的进步和经济的快速飞跃，以及人才的市场化，国际竞争日趋激烈，加之以经济危机的影响，新时代对大学生提出了更高的要求。在双向择业模式下，在大学生选择企业的同时，企业对大学生也有了更专业更综合的要求。
在这样的市场环境下，大学生的择业受到多种因素的影响，如家庭，社会，兴趣爱好，专业技能，金钱，地位等等，从而在择业时容易迷失了自我，做出错误的判断，产生错误的择业观。这不仅仅造成了大学生经常跳槽现象，给企业和社会带来很大的负担，而且对大学生自身的发展也带来了不好的影响，缓慢了大学生在职业方面走向成功的步伐。
电影《the Devil Wears Prada》描述了大学毕业生择业的过程以及在择业过程中认识的职业精神。在该电影中，女主人公的经历是现代大学生经历的一个典型代表，更是现代大学生择业过程的一个缩影。这篇文章首先从电影着手，以吉尔特．霍夫斯的文化理论为基础，以女主人公的心理变化和职业认识为线索贯穿全文。在该过程中，分析了影响当代大学生择业的因素，大学生不明确的职业观，以及关于如何培养大学生正确的职业观的指导和建议。
这篇文章为大学生树立正确的职业观，更好地适应工作环境，实现人生价值起到了一定的引导和推动作用。同时也减少了大学生和新的工作环境的摩擦，对大学生，企业以及社会都具有积极的作用。

ABSTRACT

With the advancement of technology and rapid leap forward of economy, as well as marketization of talents, the international competition becomes more and more fierce. In addition to the economic crisis, the new era has brought up much higher requests to college students. In the two-way selection model, the enterprises have much more professional and comprehensive requirements of college students.
In such market environment, various factors have affected the college students’ decision on seeking employment such as family, society, personal interest, professional skills, money and social status. These factors often make the college students at a loss when they are seeking for the job. Because of the lack of correct occupational outlook students may sometimes make wrong decisions. It not only causes the frequent job hopping but also brings much more burden to enterprise and society, as well as makes bad effect on college students’ personal development, slowing down their paces to the career success.
The film The Devil Wears Prada describes the process of a college student’s career development and the professionalism that she has learnt. In this film, the experience of the heroine is a typical of all college students and the job seeking process is a miniature of all the college students. The paper firstly analyzes the film from the cultural perspective, with her psychological changes and career awareness running through the whole paper. The paper also analyzes the factors which affect the selecting of jobs and the reasons of unclear occupational outlook as well as some suggestions and guidance on how to develop college students’ right occupational outlook.
The paper provides some suggestions on how to establish college students’ correct occupational outlook so that they can better adapt to the working environment and achieve the value of life. At the same time, this paper may reduce the friction between students and the new environment. All in all, it has some implications for college students and the society and enterprise.
