在人们的日常生活中扮演了一个非常重要的角色。在人类的文化历史中，酒不仅仅只是酒，同是也是一种文化的象征。酒文化有着丰富的内涵，包括酒的种类、酒器、酒桌礼仪、酒德等等。中国和西方的酒文化有较明显的差异:在酒的用料与品类上，在酒文化的核心上,中国视酒为工具，西方视酒为艺术品。中西方文化背景、地理环境、物产、原料和生产方式、文化传统差异造成了双方文化的不同特点。 尽管中西方对饮酒文化的理解不同, 但是其目的都是为了更好地发展酒文化, 比较中西方饮酒文化的差异更能彰显中国酒文化的独特魅力, 从而使世界更多的人了解中国的酒文化,欣赏中国的酒文化.了解这些内容，有助于个人素养的提升，同时，对跨文化交际也有着积极的作用。

Abstract:

Wine plays an important role in people’s daily life. In the history of human culture, wine exists not only as a substance, but even a symbol of culture.  There is a abundant connotation in the wine culture, including the different kinds of wine, the wine vessels, the table manner and the spirit of wine
Different cultural backgrounds, geographic environment, products and materials of China and western countries make their wine culture have different characteristics. Although the understanding of the wine culture is different, their purposes are the same. They all want to make a contribution to the development of wine culture. It will reveal the charm of Chinese wine culture. As a result, it will make more people know more about China. Knowing and mastering the differences in wine culture can make a contribution to understand the differences of cultures and promote the cross-culture communication better.

1. Introduction
China is one of the world's ancient civilizations. It is said that China is the homeland of wine. In the five thousands years of Chinese history, wine and wine cultures play important roles in Chinese daily lives. China is the kingdom of wine. Its wine and wine cultures are among the highest in the world. On many occasions, it is a cultural symbol, a kind of cultural consumption, and used to mean etiquette, an atmosphere, a kind of appeal and a state of mind. Wines and poems are closely linked. It helps a person forget pain, sorrow, and trouble around the world. Someone who loves wine will be addicted to enjoying the freedom of time.
Throughout the scroll of history, wine and human passed many years. It is clear that whether in China or in the west there brews a splendid culture in their history. No wine day is like no sunshine, Pasteur, the father of the western wine, compared the wine with the sunshine of life. Moreover, as one of the most famous poets in China, Li Bai also wrote many poems to praise wine. On the love of wine, they had the same feelings, but the differences between Chinese and the western culture made the way to appreciate wine different, and the different characteristic resulted in various wine cultures.
