摘要

    文体学是一门研究文本体裁的特征、本质及其规律的学科。同时，文体学也是语言学的一个分支。不同的文体具有不同的特征。商务合同在其长期的使用过程中，形成了鲜明的文体特征。在分析的基础上，本文旨在研究商务合同的文体特征以此来丰富文体学的研究。本文将通过典型的实例分析，透过词汇，句法和篇章3个层面探讨商务合同的文体特征。在词汇方面，本文将着重研究古体词，专业术语，缩略词，情态词，拉丁词等。在句法方面，陈述句，长句，被动句，条件从句等会得到具体的分析。最后，在篇章方面，本文将深入研究语法技巧，词汇衔接和逻辑连词语。

Abstract

Stylistics is a subject that studies the characteristics, nature and regular patterns of the text genre. At the same time, stylistics is also a branch of linguistics. Different styles have different characteristics. In its long development, the commercial contract has acquired distinctive stylistic features. This paper, based upon the analysis of typical examples, discusses these stylistic features from lexis, syntax, and discourse so as to enrich the study of stylistics. At the lexical level, archaic words, technical terms, abbreviations, modal verbs, loanwords and other groups of vocabulary are discussed. At the syntactic level, declarative sentences, long sentences, passive voice and conditional clauses are analyzed specifically. Finally, at the discoursal level, this paper mainly focuses on grammatical devices, lexical cohesion and logical conjunctions.

1  Introduction
With the rapid development of society and economy, communication and cooperation become more and more frequent than it used to be. China, as the biggest developing country in the world, has witnessed the dramatically rapid increase in commercial transactions since 2001 when China entered into the WTO. Then, there is no doubt that more contracts are being signed in commercial circles between China and other countries.
