摘  要

在当今社会，在自由化政策的推动下，各国之间的贸易联系越来越紧密。而英语，作为全球使用最广泛的语言，越来越受到人们的重视。随着全球商务往来的急剧增多，英语也得到了极大的丰富和发展，尤其是外贸英语。因此，不可避免的是越来越多的新词也由此产生了。外贸英语相比普通英语在语言风格、语用目的和语气上有很大的不同。与普通英语相比，外贸英语更严肃。除此之外，外贸英语中专业词汇比较多，涵盖了金融、会计等各个领域。并且，随着全球化的发展，大量新词不断被引进，加大了学习者的难度。而学习外贸英语的多为学生以及从事外贸的职业人士，因此对他们来说，比较难掌握外贸英语应用中出现的新词。因此本文将有助于使用英语的外贸人员更好地了解商务英语中的新词的构词特点，从而更好的掌握和使用新词；同时为商务英语英语的教学与研究做一些基础性工作。

ABSTRACT

In today’s society, trade links between countries are more and more closely driven by liberation policies. English, as one of the world’s most popular language, is attracting more and more people’s attention. With the development of global business, English has also become more abundant than before, especially business English. Hence, it is inevitable that more and more new words are thus produced. Business English is quite different from ordinary English in style, purpose and tone. Compared with ordinary English, business English is more serious. In addition, business English has more professional words, which includes the words in financial, accounting and many other fields. And with the development of globalization, a lot of new words constantly being introduced, which increase the difficulty of learning business English for those learners, especially for the students who are engaged in foreign trade. So, they may not be able to use the neologisms in business trade very well. Therefore, this thesis may help them to better understand the characteristics of neologisms and then use them better. At the same time, it is also helpful to lay some foundation for teaching and research of business Enlish in a way of analyzing the structure of new words in business context.
