摘  要

法律英语在英语国家即法律语言，在英语中指表述法律科学概念以及诉讼或非诉讼法律事务时所用的语种或某一语种的部分用语。法律英语有着自己鲜明的特点。在查阅了很多资料以后发现，研究法律英语的资料非常丰富，研究国际商务谈判的资料也十分丰富，只是却没有把这两者联系在一起的资料。这说明这一块的研究十分欠缺，这是选择这个话题的一个重要原因。分析法律英语的特点以及它在国际商务谈判中的应用能够使得人们在国际商务谈判中正确地使用法律英语，还有利于保证谈判的公平公正，并且在国际商务谈判中维护自身利益。指出当前国际环境下法律英语与国际商务谈判两者的问题，提出相应对策。通过文献分析、描述性研究方法等方式,结合国际商务谈判的实例和法律英语的特点来理解法律英语在国际商务谈判中的应用。

Abstract

Legal English in English-speaking countries means legal language. It is used to describe the science concepts, and it’s also a kind of language or a part of language be used in the application of litigation or non-litigation legal affairs. Legal English has its own distinctive characteristic. I found a lot of data about legal English and international business negotiation. But it shows that the research of this piece is very young. It is an important reason for me to choose this topic. Analyzing the application of legal English in international business negotiation is not only can help people use legal English correctly in business trade, but also can ensure fairness and justice in business negotiation. And it can also ensure their own interests in international business negotiations. I pointed out problems between the legal English and business negotiation in the current international environment, and put forward the corresponding countermeasures. I use the literature analysis and descriptive research method, with the instance of international business negotiation and the characteristics of legal English to understand the application of legal English in international business negotiation.
