Abstract and Key Words

Abstract: The Harry Potter series are created by English writer, J. K. Rowling. Harry Potter learns magic in Hogwarts and gradually steps into a mysterious world he never knows. The   series reshow the myth and epic which were popular in human’s childhood, and the prototypes of heroes also express the spiritual needs of modern people. The author has created such a beautiful but unreal world for readers only to satisfy their yearn for a hero and let them back to the human nature from the tie of materials. The thesis tends to reveal the prototypes hidden behind Harry Potter, Hermione Grange and Voldemort by researching the similarities between the characters and the heroes in myths.

摘要：《哈利•波特》系列小说是英国作家J•K•罗琳的作品。主人公哈利•波特在霍格沃茨魔法学校学习魔法，走进了一个从未知晓的神秘世界。《哈利•波特》系列小说重现了人类童年时代的神话史诗，贯穿始终的英雄原型也反映了当代人对于英雄的精神需求。本文将从哈利•波特,赫敏•格兰杰以及伏地魔三位角色背后所存在的原型进行分析，揭示这些人物背后的那些相类似的情节和细节原型，并指出作者颠覆实际为读者创造出这么一个美妙却又不切实际的世界，旨在抛去“物”的枷锁束缚，满足人们对于神话或者英雄梦的美好向往，回归人的本性。

1. Introduction
1.1 The introduction to the author
 The Harry Potter novels are a super surprise to the literary circle at the turn of this century, they raise a wave of pursuing. The Harry Potter stories are created by J. K. Rowling, an English fantasy novelist.
J. K. Rowling was born on February 31, 1966 in Blaenau Gwent. She majored in French and Classical literature when she studied in University of Exeter and later incepted both Bachelors of art and science. After graduation, she received the training of teaching in Manchester. Rowling’s writing career began when she was only six years old， she has been an unknown writer before the publication of Harry Potter. When she was 24 years old, she firstly had the idea of creating Harry Potter during her journey form London to Manchester. At that time, a little wizard with black hair and glasses was smiling to her out of the train’s window, that was the boy who knocked her gate of destiny and who made her make the decision to write Harry Potter. Although Rowling couldn’t write down the story immediately, she still began the imagination and finally showed the little boy’s story to the world. Harry Potter --- a ten-year-old, weak boy with black untidy hair, bright green eyes, rounded glasses and a lighting shape scar, appeared in front of people, he became the  protagonist of the most fashionable fairy tale in the world.
