摘要

《老人与海》这部小说以捕鱼老人圣地亚哥的出海捕鱼经历作为线索，在捕鱼的过程中、在同大马林鱼角力的经历中呈现给我们这样一个老人的形象。这位老人表现出了他的坚毅以及智慧，并且在搏斗的过程中他取得了最终的胜利 。本文试对圣地亚哥的人物形象进行全面的剖析，为呈现一个全面的硬汉子形象本文将展现圣地亚哥坚持不懈以及自信乐观沧桑又有柔情似水、刚柔相济的一面。

Abstract

The novel The Old Man and the Sea, using the old man Santiago's fishing experience as a clue, presents us with an old man during fishing, and wrestling with a big marlin. It shows his consistency in experience and wisdom, and in the process of fighting he finally won. This article tries to analyze Santiago's images comprehensively. It will present Santiago’s gentle and soft side together with his indomitable side, such as perseverance, self-confidence, optimism，and vicissitude, in order to offer an all-round tough guy image.
