摘要

双关语，在英美文学中是一种常用的修辞手法，它利用词的音义相关等因素构成两层意思，来增强文章所表达的委婉效果。由于特殊的语言现象深深植根于不同的语言和文化中，所以译者在翻译中很难找到与目标语言相同的表达方式。因此，双关语被认为是一项具有挑战性的翻译任务。

本文从接受美学角度出发，以赵元任的《爱丽丝梦游仙境》中译本为研究文本，探讨文学作品中双关语的翻译策略。通过对作品中例句的分析，文章指出在接受美学视角下，双关语翻译时应采用不同的策略，以激起读者对作品产生丰富想象，领略文本独特的文化魅力。
