摘要

随着各国之间政治、经济和文化方面的交流合作日趋频繁以及随之出现的法律纠纷越来越多，法律翻译的重要性和实用性也日益凸显。因此，做好法律术语的翻译能够有效促进中外法律事业的共同发展。

本文基于关联理论的指导，对如何做好法律术语翻译展开讨论。首先，笔者梳理了目前有关法律术语的相关文献，对法律术语的内涵及特质做出了界定，明确了目前研究的主要趋势和问题。其次，笔者从认知语境、最佳关联、明示推理三个方面入手，对法律术语翻译进行了个案分析。最后，法律术语翻译过程实际上是一个动态交际的过程，在此过程中，既要注重译者的作用，也要兼顾读者的因素，因此，只有将文本结合语境推导出原文作者的意图，才能达到最佳关联。
