摘要 

由于经济全球化的快速发展，中国与世界别国之间的经济合作和贸易交流变得越来越频繁，合同在商业和贸易活动中的重要地位也逐渐凸显。商务购销合同作为商务合同中一个十分重要的分枝，其重要性不可估量，在其翻译上需要更多更透彻的研究。而德国功能派翻译理论摆脱了当时盛行的对等翻译理论的束缚，拓宽了翻译理论研究的领域，把关注的重心转移到了译文的社会效应和交际功能上。 因此，本文从德国功能派理论视角对商务购销合同翻译进行研究。本文发现：购销合同属于信息型文本，可以根据译文的不同目的再次分类。在文本方面，翻译前应该首先确定购销合同的目的或重点，接着再根据不同的目的翻译出相同效果的文本。在词汇和短语方面，翻译时要加强关键词和重复语的语气，省略有先后顺序或内容重叠的部分短语。本文期望能更好的传达商务购销合同的原文信息，从而更好的发展对外贸易。
