Translation Skopos in Cooperative Dubbing Translation: A Case Study of the Film The Great Gatsby_英语论文
摘要
电影配音翻译是一种团队合作,需要导演、译员与配音演员的沟通协调。然而现有的关于电影配音翻译的文献却普遍忽视了这一点。本论文旨在通过分析《了不起的盖茨比》原著、译本、电影以及电影译者陆瑶蓉提供的一手资料,借鉴翻译目的论,展示电影配音翻译过程中译者与导演的翻译目的,以及其目的如何影响翻译。译者与导演的翻译目的主要围绕三个方面:从选择归化还是异化的翻译策略、保持电影语言的口语化还是文学性、忠于电影改编还是小说原著。本论文希望以此帮助相关工作人员更加深入的了解电影配音翻译,尤其是文学改编类电影的翻译。

Abstract
Dubbing translation for film is a kind of teamwork, which requires negotiation and cooperation from the director, translator and dubbed actors. However, so far most of the studies about film dubbing have missed this point. This dissertation, with skopos theory, aims at revealing the purposes of the director and the translator and how their purposes affect their translation through analyzing the book and film of The Great Gatsby (2013), as well as first-hand materials from Lu Yaorong, the dubbing translator of this film. The purposes of the director and the translator can be reflected from three aspects: adopting domestication or foreignisation, colloquialism or literariness, fidelity to film adaptation or novel. Hopefully, this dissertation can help relevant film staffs have a more profound understanding about dubbing translation, especially for literary film adaptation.
