The Stylistic Features of English Business Contract_英语论文

摘要

伴随着全球化经济的发展，中国作为最大的发展中国家，与其他国家的贸易活动也日益频繁。在涉外经济合作中，双方达成协议后，通常需要签订正式的书面合同，所以了解和熟悉英文商务合同的文体特征有着极其重要的作用。合同，作为一种对各方具有约束力的法律文件，它是各方合作共事，解决纠纷的法律依据，所以合同具有措辞精准、结构清晰、格式规范、行文正式等特点。许多国内外学者对英文商务合同进行了详细的研究，但都只是从文体特征，词汇语法文章结构等方面进行研究，没有提及其影响和意义。因此，本文在前人的研究基础上，总结了商务合同的分类，得出了其在词汇、句法、篇章结构的一些文体特征，运用几篇合同范例阐明其对人们商务活动的影响和意义。
