摘要

电影片名作为传递影片核心信息的窗口，在形式上却具有短小精干的特色。对于引进英语影片的片名翻译，中国两岸四地基于不同的历史文化、语言习惯，或出于商业价值、教育意义的考量，呈现出风格各异的现象。本文选取香港地区引进英语电影片名的翻译作为研究对象，探索主要的翻译策略，并在“创造性叛逆”的视角下研究该地区英语影片片名翻译的语言特色。研究发现，香港的片名翻译很好地结合了该地区的语言习惯，并采取多种翻译手段，不仅独具地方风味，还兼顾了商业价值。同时，本文也尝试结合“创造性叛逆”理论，从媒介者、接受者和接受环境三个维度来进行电影片名翻译分析。
