E-C Translation of Culture-loaded Words in True Story of Ah Q Based on Translation Ecology_英语论文

摘要

翻译生态学主要是研究翻译活动、译者及其翻译作品与周围环境之间的关系。文化负载词指的是负载着特定文化含义的词，有利于加强不同文化间的相互了解。鲁迅的《阿Q正传》中文化负载词颇多，体现了清末明初时社会的风俗习惯、生活方式等。因此研究《阿Q正传》中文化负载词的英译方法意义重大。

本文基于翻译生态学视角，从言语原则、文化原则以及交际原则出发，对杨宪益夫妇以及威廉·莱尔的英译本《阿Q正传》中的文化负载词的英译进行对比，然后总结出直译、意译、音译、直译加注、音译加注、替换以及释义这些文化负载词英译常用的翻译方法。译者要根据实际情况来选择不同的方法，从而实现文化交流的平衡，原语与目的语的平衡，以及原语和目的语读者之间的交际平衡。
