摘要

在人与人之间的对话中，幽默作为一种语言现象常常出现，因此，在文化的传播中，幽默语言的翻译也就显得格外重要。与其他体裁的翻译所不同的是，幽默语言的翻译的成功与否取决于将原话幽默效果的还原程度。 

本文在关联翻译理论的指导下，以《生活大爆炸》为研究对象，对其中经典幽默语言翻译进行分析探究。首先对国内外学者在关联理论以及幽默翻译领域所做的相关研究做了大致的梳理和总结；其次，对关联理论以及关联理论中的四个重要概念进行阐述，并指出在关联理论中，译者最大程度地创造相同的认知语境是翻译的重中之重；再次，根据关联理论提出了一些可行的翻译策略，如间接翻译、直接翻译等，在不同的情境下，译者通过关联理论来推理说话者的真实意图，并结合观众的关联期待，选择出最佳的翻译策略，从而最大程度地还原幽默效果；最后，将理论付诸实践，运用关联理论对《生活大爆炸》中幽默语言进行案例分析，并利用前文的两种翻译策略使源语作者的意图和目的语读者的期待达到最佳关联，也就是使目的语读者完全掌握源语作者的信息意图和交际意图，实现源语作者和目的语读者之间的认知共鸣。
