Abstract:

With the acceleration of the progress of globalization and China’s opening to the outside world, China trades more and more with other countries in the world.  Business contract is an important way for business activities and becomes more and more vital. Furthermore, English is widely used all over the world and thus plays an important role in global business. For all the above reasons, English business contract and its E-C translation is vital and more talents in this field need to be developed in China.
This paper consists of five parts. It first discusses the definition of English business contract and its linguistic features in terms of vocabulary and syntax. From the perspective of linguistic features, this paper studies and analyzes the E-C translation of English business contract. The paper puts emphasis on accurate translation of words and sentences, which is basic for accurate translation of the whole contract. The present study focuses on the E-C translation of English business contract and aims to help readers acquire the related knowledge efficiently.

摘要:

随着全球经济一体化进程的加快以及中国的对外开放，中国与其他国家的贸易交流越来越多，而商务合同是重要的商务交易方式。并且，越来越广泛应用的英语在全球交易中发挥着重要作用。综上所述，中国对贸易领域的人才需求日益增加，商务英语合同及其中译也就尤为重要。
    本论文试从五个部分来阐述。论文阐述了商务英语合同的定义，并从词汇和句法俩方面分析了商务英语合同的语言特征。从语言特征的角度，本文对商务英语合同的中译进行了研究和分析，强调了词汇和句子的准确翻译。因为这是整个合同准确翻译的基础。本论文以期通过这种研究更好地揭示商务英语合同中译的原则和技巧，为学习者和从业人员提供更加有效的参考。
