摘  要

在翻译过程中，最基本的就是要先理解源语，而对于源语的理解又不应仅限于语义层面，还应着眼于源语的用词风格，句式结构和篇章布局等。很多时候，忠实源语语义而忽视上诉特点的译文，往往毫无特色，甚至可以说是未达源语之意，这就需要译者将前景化理论运用于翻译实践中。由于语言的前景化频繁出现于翻译过程中，所以本文基于前人对前景化的研究，继续将这一概念应用于翻译实践，意在为译者提供一个新的观察角度——从语言的前景化这一角度看跨语言、跨文化交流，能开拓译者眼界，使之对源语的理解更加清晰、透彻，在选择翻译方法时更加有把握，从而提高译文的质量。

Abstract

The first step of translation is to understand the source language. However, in addition to the literal meaning, we should also pay attention to the wording style, structure of the sentences and discourses to help us get a better understanding. In ignorance of these aspects will often lead to the commonness of the translation, even fail to express the full meaning of the source language, therefore, there is a need for translators to apply the theory of foregrounding into the translation practice. Due to the high appear frequency of foregrounding during the translation process, this paper will continuously apply the theory into the process of translation concerning reference to previous studies conducted by others to offer translators a new viewing angle, namely comprehending inter-language and intercultural communications from the perspective of foregrounding. And it can not only broaden translators’ horizon and help them get a clearer and more thorough comprehension, but also assure more secure translation methods, thus to improve the translations.
