摘  要

随着经济全球化的快速发展，中国和其他国家之间的商业交易已经急剧增加。在此背景下，当事人通过签订商务合同来规定彼此的权利和义务以保护各自的利益，以防法律和财务上的纠纷是很有必要的。而且，商务合同翻译的质量对开展成功的商务贸易有很大的影响。因此译员们研究如何翻译出好的商务合同对我国的经济繁荣是十分重要的。本文，作者清楚介绍了合同的定义，而且回顾了国内外学者对合同的研究情况，译者们可以从中看到商务合同的语言特征及其翻译技巧，并在阅读完本文后会对商务合同有一个更加详细的了解。此外，整篇论文仅仅是基于出版的材料和理论研究，这其中可能会缺少一些真实的情况。因此本得出的结论是不够的，还需要进一步的改善。

Abstract

With the fast development of economic globalization, business transactions between China and other countries have increased dramatically. Under this background, it is necessary for both sides to sign a business contract to impose obligations and rights to protect respective benefits in case of legal and financial disputes. What's more, the quality of business contract translation does have a big influence in conducting successful business transactions. Thus, it is extremely important for translators to make some studies on how to translate business contracts well for the economic prosperity of our country. In regard to this thesis, the author will give you a clearly definition of contract, from it, you will have a rough concept of business contract. Furthermore, from review of researches on business contract at home and abroad, translators can notice that the language features as well as the translation strategies of business contract. In particular, translators will know the lexical features, syntactic features and textual features of business contract which contributed a lot for them to understand the current difficulties of contract translation. After reading this paper, translators can have a more detailed understanding of business contract. Last but not least, the whole paper is merely based on published materials and theoretical research which may be short of authentic conditions. Therefore, what the paper has concluded is not enough and need a further improvement.
