摘  要

随着中国对外经济贸易的飞速发展，许多人都开始意识到学习商务英语合同的重要性。把商务英语合约中的句子翻译成可行的汉语也不总是很容易，它们包含广泛，或者错综复杂。因此，商务合同的翻译问题也显得越来越重要。商务合同是一种世界公认的正式的写作形式，用来阐述有关各方面的权利和义务。一份合约一旦签定，它在法律上是具有约束力和实施性的。如果有不能履行合约义务的任何单位必须对造成其他单位的损失作出赔偿。一份商务合同是人们进行国际商务活动必不可少的部份。本文的目的就是寻找商务合同的一些英汉翻译技巧及特点，主要从技巧和特点两个方面对商务合同的翻译进行分析。希望通过本文的翻译能对商务合同翻译有所帮助

Abstract

With the rapid development of international economy and trade, more and more people see the importance of business contract. It’s hard to translate sentences in contract into Chinese since it contains kinds of meanings, so how to translate the business contract appears much significant now. Business contract is a world recognized formal forms of writing which exposes all aspects of rights and obligations. Once a contract signed, it is legal. If one party fails to perform the contract must be responsible for the loss of other party. A business contract is indispensible in international business activities. The purpose of this paper is to find some skills and characteristics of business contract translation that can help translate business contract.
